Reserve Your Spot
Please email me for your vendor application WITH your reserved spaces to: EvolveTodayShelley@gmail.com for the June 8, 2024 Metaphysical Expo.
It is mandatory that you fill out a vendor application and either email it back, signed, to: evolvetodayshelley@gmail.com or USPS mail it to me with your payment, application and insurance information to reserve your spot.
However, if you are mailing your choice and payment, it is first come first serve as I cannot hold the spaces.
If I do not receive these things in advance, I, cannot reserve your spot.

Each vendor spot indoors includes two chairs and/or electricity if needed.
Please bring your own tables, and cloths, cords and signage for your display.

Vendor Application
You are ONLY allowed to reserve up to TWO additional tables of ours. If you reserving TWO tables, please pay twice.
Each additional table is $10-2 max.

PLEASE CHECK WITH SHELLEY TO MAKE SURE THAT VENDOR SPACES ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR RENTING. SPACES ARE LIMITED.
DOUBLE VENDOR SPACE PURCHASES ARE ALLOWED.
The Green Room
We have availability for rent Premium Space, a separate room attached to the main room for healers, psychics, Reiki practitioners, etc. for anyone who wants a room with a select few that offers a quieter space to conduct your business. Private exterior door to main hall.

$95, up to 8 ft Table Premium Rental Space, you provide the tables, (unless you are renting from us) two chairs included or electricity if needed.
$125, Two Tables- Table Premium Rental Space, you provide the tables, (unless you are renting from us) two chairs included or electricity if needed.
$75 Food Truck Vending Fee
Please make sure that you have your food vending permit from the city of Johnstown. Thank you.
The Stage Presence
Would you like to command the stage and create a presence for your business? Would you like to speak and or teach and have a set space for an audience? Would you like to add this feature availability to your table space? It’s a first come, first serve space availability. We can create a 6 hour/3 hour/1.5 hour time slot, and up to customize your time and space needed.
